Granite Grey Pavers & Tiles

Leave a luxurious impression with these grey granite pavers and tiles.

It’s true – monochrome tiles will never date. With these grey granite pavers you can get a chic modern look without looking too stark due to the natural organic textures of the stone. These grey tiles are the perfect shade of medium grey for the quintessential Melbourne paver. With natural stone pavers, not a single paver is identical. So, you won’t get a manufactured cheap impression like concrete pavers.

These charcoal grey granite pavers are also extremely tough. Granite is the second most dense stone (second to diamonds). Therefore, you can be assured of its durability. These granite pavers won’t crack easily like manufactured paving materials.

As well as being a beautiful natural stone paver, these grey granite tiles are a practical option. This is because they have a safe high non-slip rating.

These granite grey pavers are very versa- tile.

So, if you are planning on using these granite pavers for your pool pavers, outdoor pavers, garden path or patio paving – it is a smart outdoor tiling solution especially if these pavers are likely to get wet outside.

As well as outdoor paving, you can use these grey granite tiles just as easily indoors. As well as flooring, you can also design a chic natural stone feature wall or use these tiles as fireplace cladding.

There are endless options – not just black and white. If you have any questions at all about anything to do with these granite tiles and pavers, feel free to give our friendly Stone Experts a call: (03) 9706 9767.

INSTALLATION/MAINTENANCE

Sealing:

Granite tiles can be sealed with an invisible penetrating sealer to assist in the ongoing clean up of the stone.

An invisible penetrating sealer can be applied prior to grouting which will facilitate easy clean up after application of the grout.

Cleaning:

Do not use Hydrochloric acid for clean up as this can cause minerals present in the stone to react.

Maintenance:

Just sweep when needed. Granite responds well to high pressure cleaning. A solution of mild detergent and water, can be applied prior to pressure cleaning.

Installation Tips:

Please ensure ALL grout lines are completely dry and the tiles are completely dry prior to applying the grout. IF you don’t you may end up with shading occuring on the tiles surface due to the trapped excessive moisture still present and then ADDED to during the grouting process. (This may disappear over a full cycle of the seasons). BUT to guarantee this doesn’t occur we would recommend NOT grouting if the tiles are damp and the grout joints contain residual water. ALSO try to use a dryer grout mix. IF unsure please ring us for FREE advice.
